Designed by JPDemeyer&Co and featured in AD100, JNcQUOI Deli Comporta reinterprets the traditional Alentejo tavern with a pop-art style, featuring vibrant and contrasting colours. Here, Chef Jerónimo creates a more relaxed and irreverent dining experience, hono- ring regional products and Alentejo’s heritage.
