Terms & Conditions Sun Loungers & Cabana Beds 2025
1. The same Sun Lounger and/or Cabana Bed will be reserved for you for the full duration of your reservation. Your booking includes 2 towels and 2 water bottles. 2. Although we will always take your preferences into consideration, it may not be possible to reserve a specific Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed within the same category. 3. The same Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed will be assured for continuous reservations, anytime this category is available across your full stay. Once your online booking is confirmed, alteration of your Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed will not be possible. 4. Your Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed reservation will be ensured until 13:30. From this time, we reserve the right to release your reservation for other bookings, in case it has yet to be occupied.* 5. Late arrivals and minimum consumption: If you plan on arriving later than 13:30, we kindly ask that you inform our team on the day of your reservation.* 1 6. • Sun Loungers: Maximum capacity - 2 adults • Cabana Beds: Maximum capacity – 2 adults + 2 children (up to the age of 12) Exceptions: • Cabana Beds: 3 adults OR 2 adults + 3 children (up to the age of 12)
7. Bookings are made via pre-payment and will be confirmed once payment has been made.* 2
8. We kindly ask that you do not move your Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed, or lay towels on the sand beside them, to ensure we are providing all guests with the best experience.
9. To ensure all our guests enjoy the best experience, we do not allow animals in our concession, except if these are assistance animals, for which we would kindly request a declaration for. 10. We kindly ask guests not to bring food or drinks from outside our concession. Playing music is also not permitted on the premises, to avoid disturbing other guests.
11. Payments are done only via card.
12. Beach Opening Times: 10AM to 7PM Last call: Food – 5.30PM( kitchen closes at 6PM ) | Drinks – 6.30PM ( Bar closes at 7PM ).
13. Our Members have an exclusive 10% discount in Sun Loungers and Cabana Bed bookings, as well as on F&B.
14. In the event that we are not able to open our concession due to adverse conditions, guests with a booking reserve the right to re-book their Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed to another date of their choice.* 3
* From 1.30PM, JNcQUOI reserves the right to release your Sun Lounger or Cabana Bed to other guests looking to book, without co mpensation or refund. *1 Delays and late arrivals are subject to a minimum consumption of €50 per person, or €100 per Sunbed (alternative conditions m ay apply and will be communicated on the day).
* 2 Pre-payment is non refundable. Payment at the beach is only available for walk-ins.
* 3 Refund is not applicable.
